2010: peace for the restless

The song "God of this City" by Chris Tomlin has been on repeat while I've been driving through the city I call home for the past week or so and I'm claiming it for 2010.

You're the God of this city

I know that I was called to this city of Harrisburg. At the core I know this is where I'm supposed to be. How long am I supposed to stay here? I'm not sure. But, as I've listened to this song -- it's filled me with hope and promise that the Lord is speaking directly to me about this city and my season here. He is giving me hope where I'm lacking. He's shining the light along the dark path. He is providing peace for my restless heart. I do believe there are greater things still to be done... and greater things to come... for me in this city. Maybe even in 2010.
